Refund policy

■ Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer preferences (e.g., incorrect order, wrong size, or the item not matching the image). Please understand this before making a purchase.
However, we will accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • If a product different from the one ordered is delivered
  • If the product is damaged during shipping (damage to the outer box only is not covered)
  • If the delivered product is defective

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

■ Cases Where Returns or Refunds Cannot Be Accepted

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Returns due to customer preferences such as order mistakes, incorrect size, or differences from the image
  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
  • If product accessories (packages, tags, etc.) have been soiled, damaged, or lost
  • If the product has been altered, washed, or cleaned
  • If the product has odors such as perfume or tobacco
  • If the product has animal hair, lint, or other foreign substances attached
  • If the product is deemed to have been soiled or damaged by the customer
  • If the customer is found to have made excessive or repeated returns/exchanges
  • If the purchase is determined to have been made for resale purposes
  • If the purchase is determined to have been made by fraudulent means
  • If the Company deems that accepting the return is otherwise inappropriate
  • If the item was sold as a sale item or at a special discounted price

■ Refund Procedure

  • After confirming the returned item, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
  • The refund method will be based on the original payment method.
  • For credit card payments, please note that it may take additional days for the refund to appear depending on the card issuer’s processing time.

■ Return Shipping Fees

In cases where a return or exchange is accepted (e.g., defective items or incorrect shipment), the return shipping fee will be covered by our store.
